AN INDIAN man has an incredible 39 wives, 94 children and 33 grandchildren - all living happily under the same roof
But the 66-year-old does not intend to stop there and wants to expand his massive family living in the mountainous village in Mizoram state, sharing borders with Burma and Bangladesh.
Mr Chana, who likes to have seven or eight of his wives at his side at all times, once married 10 women in one year alone.
His wives share a dormitory near his private bedroom, while his sons, their wives and all their children live in different rooms in the same building.
The entire family share a common kitchen, with the wives taking turns to do the mammoth task of cooking.
I am ready to expand my family and willing to go to any extent to marry
Mr Chana's daughters clean the house, while the men do outdoor jobs like farming and taking care of the livestock.
Mr Chana said: "I have so many people to care [for] and look after, and I consider myself a lucky man."
The sect, formed in June 1942, believes it will soon be ruling the world with Christ and has a membership of around 400 families.
His family are supported by their own resources and occasional donations from followers.
