How lower crude prices are hurting oil-rich Nigeria

With the price of oil falling 70% over the past 18 months, it has been a rough time for Africa's oil producers.
Nigeria government's coffers are heavily dependent on oil revenue and even if the Organisation of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (Opec) squeezes the market and prices recover somewhat, ordinary Nigerians still face a tough time ahead.
